Autumn Equinox Cord Cutting Ceremony & Sound Healing

As the wheel of the year turns, the Autumn Equinox invites us into balance, reflection, and release. It is a time when day and night stand in equal measure, reminding us to honor both light and shadow within ourselves.

In this 90-minute ceremony, we will begin with a grounding breathwork meditation, helping you arrive fully in the present moment. From this centered space, you’ll move into intentional journaling with two corded booklets—symbolizing the attachments and patterns you’re ready to release, and the seeds of what you wish to carry forward into the next season. All supplies will be provided, along with a soothing Bay & Clove Brew to awaken your senses and deepen your connection to the season.

We will close with a sacred cord-cutting and burning ritual, releasing what no longer serves. Together, we align with the energies of the Equinox, letting go, calling in renewal, and stepping into the next chapter with clarity and grace.
