“My passion is to inspire and empower others by helping them unlock their unique gifts and release what no longer serves them. I guide this work through the timeless science of Kundalini Yoga, passed down by the ancient sages of India, and the profound practices of Shamanic Energy Medicine.

Before stepping fully onto the healing path, I worked as a science and math educator and served as a crisis counselor, experiences that deepened my compassion and ability to hold space for transformation. Over the years, I have trained with internationally respected Kundalini Masters, including Ravi Singh, Guru Singh, and the Kundalini Yoga School of Amsterdam, and I am honored to be a Yoga-Informed Recovery Coach with Recovery 2.0.

I am also a full mesa carrier, trained in Peruvian Shamanism and the Medicine Wheel, bringing earth-based wisdom into my teachings.

Kundalini Yoga has been a lifeline in my own healing journey — helping me move through injuries, trauma, and recovery from substance use. I still remember leaving those first classes laughing, buzzing with energy, and feeling my vibration rise. The mantras and breathwork became medicine, balancing my nervous system and giving me a renewed quality of life.

Today, I share this practice not from theory but from lived experience. After more than five years of teaching, I know firsthand how movement, breath, and sound can open doors to wholeness.

Alongside my spiritual work, my spouse Tommy and I are deeply connected to nature. We volunteer with environmental programs in the Outer Banks, NC, where we currently serve at the Audubon Sanctuary, caring for the wild spaces and creatures that inspire us every day.” - Robin
