A message from Vee: My Yoga Goals for You. My mission is to guide you on a journey towards holistic well-being. My goals for you as a student include:

Stress Relief and Relaxation. Our classes emphasize relaxation techniques and mindfulness practices that help reduce stress and promote a sense of calm and balance in your daily life

Mind-body connection. Develop a deeper awareness of the connection between your mind and body, fostering self-awareness and inner peace through mindful movement and breathwork,

Improved balance and coordination: Yoga helps improve your balance and coordination, which are essential for physical stability and overall well-being.

Personal Growth and Empowerment. Beyond the physical benefits, yoga encourages personal growth and self-discovery, empowering you to achieve greater confidence and clarity in all aspects of your life.

Connect to your breath, body, and the lunar energy during this special Full Moon Yoga class. This all-levels flow is designed to help you release, reflect, and restore through intentional movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation. Expect a grounding atmosphere, soft lighting, and a playlist to match the moonlit vibe. Bring a mat (mats are also provided), water, and anything else you need to get cozy (blanket, crystals, journal, etc.).
