I'm Ashley Gomez, CPCC. Founder of Stillness Within Coaching. I'm a certified Life Coach and a Meditation and Human Design Guide. I've been studying Human Design for the past 15 years and I find it to be the super charginging fuel of transformation in coaching. I help my clients reach their potential while sidestepping burnout. We work together to recognize the patterns of limiting beliefs and self sabotage to create the life of their dreams. My coaching principles are Feeling, Discernment, and Devotion. Feeling your body, your energy, and your emotions. Using discernment to create a life that's uniquely designed for you. Finally, devoting yourself to returning within again and again.
