In this 90-minute ceremony, we begin with a grounding breathwork meditation that brings you fully into the present moment and opens your energy for deep inner work. From this centered space you will move into intentional journaling using two corded booklets that represent the stories, attachments, and patterns you are ready to release, along with the intentions, qualities, and new beginnings you wish to carry into the next season of your life.

As the energy builds Sarah will fill the room with the soothing and crystalline vibrations of her crystal sound bowls. These frequencies help clear stagnant energy, calm the nervous system, and guide you into a receptive state where release becomes easier and intention becomes more powerful. The sound waves weave through the space like a cleansing current, supporting the work each participant is doing in their journal and within their own spirit.

We will then move into a sacred cord cutting and burning ritual where you will release what no longer serves and honor the closing of an old chapter. Together we align with the energy of the New Moon, calling in renewal, fresh clarity, and the courage to step forward with an open heart. This ceremony offers a beautiful mix of reflection, release, sound healing, and intention setting, all held in a supportive and peaceful environment.
