A note from Courtney, “Hi I’m Courtney and I’ve been cultivating my yoga practice for over 20 years now and have recently decided to take the leap and begin to share my accumulated knowledge and passion with others. As a yoga teacher and Ayurvedic health coach, I pull from Hatha yoga teachings as well as elements of ancient Ayurveda practices to blend mind, body, and soul together.
