When the lights go up, something shifts. For 75 minutes, the weight of a diagnosis, being a caregiver, a patient, survivor, and being human becomes shared and that changes everything.
Creative Spark is a monthly performing arts workshop created for individuals affected by cancer, their caregivers, families, and the wider community. Through improv, musical theater, acting, and voice, we make space for joy, expression, and connection. No stage experience required and no pressure to perform.
Each session is guided, welcoming, and built around play. You might find yourself laughing through an improv game, lifting your voice in song, or simply sitting in a circle among people who understand. Whatever you bring, whether it be grief, hope, nervous energy, or curiosity, there's room for it here.
