Yoga for Grief + Loss with Vee

Join Vee for a gentle yoga session focused on healing and self-care, perfect for those seeking comfort and peace.

Yoga for Grief + Loss is a gentle, grounding practice created for anyone navigating the heaviness of death, transition, heartbreak, or any quiet ache that doesn’t always get spoken aloud.

This class blends slow mindful movement, intentional breathwork, and reflective stillness to help soften the weight we hold in our bodies. Together, we will create space to:

  • honor loved ones we’ve lost

  • acknowledge difficult transitions

  • process emotions without pressure

  • breathe through heaviness

  • reconnect with the heart

You don’t need the “right words” or a certain level of yoga experience.

Just come as you are with your breath, your mat, and whatever you’re carrying.

This is a donation-based class, created so our community can heal together. Give what feels accessible and meaningful for you.

All levels welcome.

All emotions welcome.

Your grief is not too small or too big to bring here.
