Chair Flow into Relaxation with Stacy
Meet Stacy, our newest yoga instructor and join her for a gentle chair flow that transitions into deeply restorative relaxation. Begin with mindful seated movement to improve mobility, strength, and flexibility, then use the chair for support to comfortably transition to the mat for restorative yoga. Those who prefer are welcome to remain seated in the chair for the entire class while enjoying the same calming, restorative experience.

Stacy completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2018 with Alex Botero and Muning Hu. She teaches yoga and mat Pilates with a playful, approachable style, creating a welcoming space where women can build strength, confidence, and community. Stacy offers both in-person and virtual classes.
